No. You can keep your existing authoritative DNS provider and configure a hostname for Aptranet Cloud CDN. If Cloudflare currently proxies that hostname, plan a DNS-only cutover so requests reach Aptranet directly.
No. TTL controls how long an answer may be cached. Health-check intervals, failure detection and resolver behaviour also affect failover. Select the DNS plan and routing policy for your recovery requirements.
